SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • For regular items, it will approximately take 1-2 business days for your order to be completely processed.
  • After that, the shipping period within the United States will take 3-5 business days,  for international shipping (depending on the shipping method that you have selected) takes approximately 5-10 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays the shipping time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
  • For all of our customized items, the orders will approximately take 5-8 weeks to be manufactured and completely processed, after that, we will ship the item according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
  • All items that are tagged as DSI will be shipped from our international warehouses all over the globe. DSI orders take 12-15 days to ship to you.
  • Any package considered undeliverable by USPS and/or by their international shipping partners will be canceled, and a refund will be processed once the item is received and handled at our shipping hub.
  • Gemstonegods will not be held responsible for any shipping transfers that may be delayed or affected caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air/ground transportation strikes nor any additional fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
  • Customers will be asked to verify the shipping address via email to avoid inconvenience once the order is in transit. If we will not receive a response confirming the shipping address and the order is already completed, we will be sending the order on the shipping address that the customer has initially provided. By any chance that the delivery will fail because of failure to confirm the shipping address or an incorrect shipping address has been provided, the second delivery will be charged at the customer's expense. 

ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE


Here at Gemstonegods, we want to provide the best shopping experience for our customers! While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date of your package, there are some factors that may cause that to change:
    • Delays in credit/PayPal approval
    • Delays caused by weather conditions
    • Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
    • APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
    • The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:
    • The sufficient time needed to create your custom-made and special ordered items (all custom orders take 4-5 weeks to manufacture)
    • The shipping method you selected at checkout**
