If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team here and we will gratefully assist you. A refund or exchange will be applied under the following conditions:
- Refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
- Any return after 14 days will be eligible ONLY FOR EXCHANGE within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
- Any return after the 30 days of the original receipt will be eligible only for issuance of store credit.
- Any return must be unused and in re-sellable condition. If the returned product is considered used, altered, damaged (scratches, wreckage etc.) after a thorough inspection will not qualify for a refund or exchange and may be discarded.
- All returns will be examined and thoroughly checked by our Quality Assurance team before processing a refund.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all qualifiable refunds except if the product is considered defective or due to a shipping error.
- If our GemstoneGod premium boxes associated with the purchased items are not returned, the value of the boxes will be deducted from the return.
- Shipping charges for returned items must be shouldered by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable when crediting a refund.
- All SALE items are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Our SALE items are already discounted for final sale.
- Only regular products are eligible for refund or exchange. All customized items (watches or other items that have been altered or personalized) are NOT eligible for both refund or exchange. All personalized items cannot be resold in our stores.
- We offer a Remake for custom-designed products (if tarnished) within 60 days of the original receipt for a one-time payment of $25.00.
- After being qualified for a refund, we will process a credit to your original payment method within three days of receiving your return.
- Allow up to 2-3 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account.

- Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Form here
- Print & include the Return Form and all original documents in the package. (Warranty Card will be implemented soon)
- GemstoneGod boxes MUST be shipped (with product inside) in a secure mailing bag, the same way it was received. This is only applicable for a refund and does not apply for exchanges.
- Your Return Form MUST accompany the return/exchange.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend you to get a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee to receive your returned item.
- GemstoneGods is not responsible for any item that is not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY
It has always been the main priority of Gemstonegods to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers when it comes to our products. We stand behind our products that all items are made of top-notch quality materials and are made to last. After a careful inspection, if one of your items got damaged due to a manufacturing defect and you have added a Lifetime Warranty, then it can PROTECT you from incurring additional costs for repair. It covers repair for any form of defect or damage, such as missing stones, discoloration, broken parts or even replacement of a new one if deemed necessary.
- Lifetime Warranty covers damage caused by a manufacturing defect such as it became tarnished or got easily broken because the item came out to be of low-quality. However, it will not be applicable due to personal accidental damage, lost, stolen, considered as an abused jewelry item or the customer just simply wanted a replacement even if the item is still in good condition and not damaged at all.
- In the event the item is no longer available for replacement, then we will offer a different item of the same value.
- Lifetime Warranty comes with a card that contains a verification number and this must be sent back to us if the customer’s item needs to be repaired or replaced. Once the card is already in the customer’s possession, it is his/her full responsibility to keep the card and handle it with proper care.
- Lifetime Warranty applies per item and can only be used once. This is non-transferable to other items and will only be applied to items that were purchased by the time the warranty was added and not to items that were previously ordered. Lifetime Warranty applies upon purchase and cannot be applied after the order was made, it cannot be a separate payment and should be added by the time the order was placed.
- We always do our best to keep our pricing information on our website up to date at all times. However, in the event a database error was to occur by posting incorrect pricing, we reserve all the right to correct it without obligation.
- We are not obliged to sell the product with pricing information that was incorrectly posted. Instead, we will contact and coordinate with you to identify if you are still willing to purchase the said product at the correct price or rather have it canceled.

- Giveaway items when purchased should not be combined with non-giveaway items such as regular items, DSI tagged items and custom orders. If so, then the value of giveaway items will be refunded back.
- Every buyer is ONLY eligible to purchase up to 9 giveaway items, if it is more than 9 giveaway items, then the order will be canceled.
- Only purchases from US shipping addresses are eligible up to 9 giveaway items.
- Giveaway items should be purchased separately as it does not have free shipping.
