• We make our products to last. We offer a 30-DAY RETURN POLICY if, for any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase ( except for CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ), kindly send us an email first before returning the product. Please see our RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY.

• If the product you received is in anyway damage or has a slight issue , please make sure to email : SUPPORT@GEMSTONEGODS.COM for assistance.

• Please send a photo or video of the damaged product you received and use the subject line ORDER ISSUE in emailing us so that we can assist you right away.

( Note: Orders can only be canceled up to ONE HOUR after the order was placed. However, if you have entered incorrect details in your order such as incorrect shipping address and you thought of cancelling the order, you can just contact our email support and we can update it for you instead of you cancelling the whole order.)

• After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have added upon purchase. By any chance you haven’t received one, kindly check your spam folder or possibly you could have entered an incorrect email address. • GemstoneGods provide assistance via Email Support. We highly encourage customers to send us an email instead of sending messages in our FB or IG for we do not use our social media accounts as our main tool in providing customer support.

• After you send your first email asking order status but haven’t received any response yet, please allow us to get back to you within 12 to 24 hrs. Please refrain sending multiple emails to avoid being tagged as spam.

All changes for Custom Orders after placing the order WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED — such as request to add engraving or change the engraving text ( except if it was misspelled ), changing the photo (except for photos with issues) and more. We will only consider changing a chain type and color plating within 24 hours after the order was placed but nothing else. Emojis added to the engraving message can't be produced and orders with photos of nudity or pornography will automatically be cancelled.

• Refrain from wearing any accessories when playing sports to prevent damages on the accessory due to sweating.

• Keep it away from any chemicals that might cause tarnishing or damage to the accessory.

• Chemicals such as hair spray, perfume, alcohol, and or anything with strong substance can ruin your GSG jewelry.

• Avoid it in direct contact with water for long lasting preservation.

• Avoid wearing it while in the shower because consistent moisture and humidity can tarnish your jewelry too.

• Store your accessory in a cool dry place if unused. If you have more than one piece, you might also want to secure an airtight jewelry box to keep them safe.
