All custom orders will take 5 to 8 weeks after the order date. On the side note, any order that was validly selected for final rechecking as per the manufacturer's request to ensure high-quality production might take a few more days for the item to be delivered, then we will ship them according to the service you chose at checkout.

REQUEST FOR CHANGE ORDER [view]

All changes for Custom Orders after placing the order WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED — such as request to add engraving or change the engraving text ( except if it was misspelled ), changing the photo (except for photos with issues) and more. We will only consider changing a chain type and color plating within 24 hours after the order was placed but nothing else. Emojis added to the engraving message can't be produced and orders with photos of nudity or pornography will automatically be cancelled.

LIFETIME WARRANTY [view]

Add the Lifetime Warranty and it will cover the cost of repair for any damage of your item under the following conditions. This is an add-on service and can only be used once. To learn more, please see the Lifetime Warranty Policy.

Refrain from wearing any accessories when playing sports to prevent damages on the accessory due to sweating.
Keep it away from any chemicals that might cause tarnishing or damage to the accessory.
Chemicals such as hair spray, perfume, alcohol, and or anything with strong substance can ruin your GSG jewelry.
Avoid it in direct contact with water for long lasting preservation.
Avoid wearing it while in the shower because consistent moisture and humidity can tarnish your jewelry too.
Store your accessory in a cool dry place if unused. If you have more than one piece, you might also want to secure an airtight jewelry box to keep them safe.
